Indian Gaming Operators in California File Lawsuit Against Card Rooms

The USA has been described many times to be a country of lawsuits. There is actually no denying it as people actually have the ability to sue large companies or even each other for the smallest of things. No wonder the lawyers are making a killing there.

It seems like every day there’s a new lawsuit on the horizon and today is definitely not different. In this case, we have companies going toe-to-toe in the courtroom. Two of the California tribal casino operators are filing a lawsuit against commercial card rooms. The reason behind the lawsuit is said to be the use of player-banked games that seem to be not in accordance with local gaming regulations. According to the tribal casino operators, the card rooms are violating the law right under the regulator’s nose.
