Two people have been arrested on suspicion of using counterfeit currency in December to gamble at the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino near Highland.
Donald Byan Thrash, 46, and Kerry Ann Thrash, 46, both of Ontario, were taken into custody Jan. 19 after a search of Donald Thrash's vehicle turned up 2.3 grams of methamphetamine and $1,050 in counterfeit bills secured in a hidden compartment, the California Department of Justice said in a news release.
Stolen credit cards and possibly stolen identification cards were found, as well as evidence tying Donald Thrash to the Nazi Low Riders, a criminal street gang, the department said.

Donald Thrash faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, and both Donald and Kerry Thrash face charges of burglary, passing counterfeit currency and grand theft.

Bail for each was set at $100,000, jail records indicate.
The Thrashes are suspected of passing hundreds of dollars in counterfeit bills at the casino's gaming tables, the department said.
The arrest follows a multiagency investigation that included the state Justice Department, the state Bureau of Gambling Control, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, the Riverside County district attorney's office, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, and the U.S. Secret Service, which has jurisdiction in counterfeiting cases.
