Sept. 30, 2003: Pt. Molate Deed Restrictions

In 2003 the Department of the Navy and the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Water Board entered into a covenant to restrict use of the property at the former Naval Fuel Depot at Point Molate. The Dept. of the Navy and the Water Board have further concluded that certain uses and activities need to be prohibited within Disposal Areas 1,2,6,11,12. Shall not be used for a residence for use as residential human habitation nor hospitals for humans, schools for persons under 21 years of age, day care centers for children or any permanently occupied human habitation.
