Oct. 2, 2009: Demand to Open Public Comment

This letter is a demand to open the public comment period on the off reservation casino proposal of the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians proposed project which is 110 miles from its established Rancheria outside of its aboriginal territory. The BIA must direct its immediate attention to this matter as it presents significant concerns regarding the corruption of an administrative process under your regulatory authority.
