Sept. 9, 2009: State Water Board Recession of Cleanup Order
The State Water Board rescinded the Regional Water Board’s cleanup order that everyone, including the Governor, has relied upon. It is no longer in place. The Regional Board either has to find some way to exempt it from CEQA or do an environmental review.
