Sept. 30, 2009: FOIA Request of the NIGC for Guidiville Management Contract

The purpose of this request is to discover who the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians has entered into a Management Contract with.It is well known that Harrah's is no longer involved in the Point Molate/Guidiville project. Rather it is the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians of Yolo county currently funding the proposed project.
