Sept. 22, 2009: Stand Up For California requests Extension beyond Sept. 30, 2009 and a revised EIS to be recirculated

On behalf of Stand Up For California and Interested Parties - "In short by accepting a woefully truncated time frame, the EIR has deprived the public of an opportunity to comment on potential significant cumulative impacts of the project. The EIR should be revised to remedy this defect and should be recirculated to the public. "
