Controversial Applications in Process
Up one levelA number of tribes are currently in the process of applying for after acquired lands for gaming purposes. This section lists some of the past as well as present controversial proposals. This section provides examples of local, state and federal responses in scoping hearings, as well as comments on DEIS and FEIS documents by affected parties participating in the process.
