LAO -Review of Gambling Revenue Act 2004
The measure amends the California Constitution and statutes to increase local government revenues from gambling activities. Specifically the measure authorises slot machines in certain California Racetrackts and Card rooms, unless Indian Tribes with existing compacts agree to specific terms.
