April 14, 2009: The Carcieri decision is squarely at odds with Congressional policies of tribal self determination and tribal economic self sufficiency. A resolution is attached to this letter that is suppose to "Remedy the Unjust and unequal Treatment of Indian Tribes under the Supreme Court's Decision in Carcieri v. Salazar.
