August 2009: Rohnerville Bear Band Appeals

The Administrative Judge ruled in favor of the citizens requiring the Tribe to mitigate the promised improvements to roadways that protect the health and safety of the public. The Tribe is appealing the ruling attempting to avoid adhering to it's contractual arrangement.
